Dear Parent/Guardian, The Central Regional School District will be offering Sports Physical Examinations on June 3rd and June 9th at the High School gymnasium. All students enrolling for the 25-’26 school year within the Central Regional School District will be eligible to sign up for a free sports physical examination. The sports physical examination will be by appointment only from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, as there are limited numbers of students per session. Parents/Guardians will have to sign up their child/children. If you have multiple children within the district, you will have to register each child separately. You will click on this Scheduling Sports Physical Link and select a date and time for each physical. This link is active to schedule your appointment. When a day or time slot is full, it will no longer show as an option. Physical packets can be accessed ahead of time within the High School Athletics page, Central Regional School District Central Regional Athletics Website, or on the Central Regional FamilyID Website. Please fill out your portion of the packet and bring the completed packet(s) to your child's/children’s appointment(s). * We encourage you to take your child to their family physician for their sports physical but if unable, the free physicals are available for your child. *All students will also have to be registered on Family ID and have a valid sports physical on file in the Nurse’s Office prior to them participating in Summer workouts and/or the Fall Season. **A Parent or Guardian of any student that is not 18 years of age or older is asked to accompany their child to the sports physical appointment. A letter from the athletic office will be emailed out on Monday, May 12th, at 10:30 am with the link for registration for the free physical examinations. At this time, you will have access to select a time slot if you choose to utilize the school's free sports physical examination.

The Middle School band wowed BTES with a concert performance, then teamed up with the 6th-grade Band students for a fun and inspiring clinic session. They wrapped it all up by playing side by side — an awesome example of peer teaching and musical mentorship in action!

The Central Regional Sports Physicals will be in the High School Main Gym on Tuesday, June 3rd, and Wednesday, June 9th, from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The CRHS March Madness Attendance Tournament Breakfast for the winning homeroom was phenomenal! The students and staffulty participated in the tradition of college basketball, symbolizing victory and celebration by taking turns cutting down the basketball net while being served a delicious breakfast by the administration.

CRHS students are studying for their AP Psych exam with the help of cute miniature dolls made of rice. Students in Toni Sisia-Verissimo's AP Psychology created rice babies and must care for them for a week to learn about the psychology of parenting and gain perspective on how they may parent one day. #ThereIsNoPlaceLikeCentral

Emergency Notice to Parents of Central Regional School District Students DATE: April 9, 2025 Dear Parents and Guardians, This afternoon, we are writing to inform you of a traffic situation affecting student transportation. A garbage truck and a utility pole collided at the intersection of Route 9 and Sylvan Lakes Boulevard, resulting in a complete closure of traffic in both directions. What you need to know: *All students are safe and under supervision *School buses are significantly delayed due to this accident *The location of the incident will require extensive time to clear *Buses will get students as close to their designated stops as possible, but alternative routes may be necessary *Transportation staff will be calling parents directly to notify you of any alternate drop-off locations We are actively monitoring the situation and working with transportation services to ensure all students return home safely. We understand this will impact afternoon and evening schedules, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. We will provide updates as we receive more information about the situation.
